Rules:
Top Affiliates:
#1: Your website must get at least 1000 unique pageviews everyday. Unique pageviews are how many actual people visit your website, not how many pageviews you get.
#2: You must have my button or link on every anime page of your website, since you will be on every anime page of Suta-Raito.
#3: Your site should have a nice layout that's easy to view.
#4: If you "demand" to be an affiliate or are in any way rude, you will not be accepted.
#5: If you neglect to update your website for at least 4 months, you will be taken off the top affiliates. Also, if your website goes down for at least 4 months, you will be taken off. (You can re-affiliate when your site comes back ^^)
Friends List:
#1: You must get at least 200 unique visitors a day.
#2: You can't have any stolen content on your website or a heavy amount of banners/adds.
#3: Your layout has to look neat and not be a free layout from your host. Originality is beautiful. =3
#4: If you neglect to update your website for at least 2 months you will be taken off the affiliates, and if your website goes down for at least 2 months, you will also be taken off. You can always re-affiliate.
#5: You have to link to Suta-Raito (of course xD).
Affiliates Page:
#1: Please have a nice layout with colors that don't clash and font that's not hard to read.
#2: I won't affiliate with any websites that have inapropriate, offensive, or rude information/pages.
#3: Your website has to have something to do with anime. It can be any anime. ^-^
#4: Well, of course, you have to link to Suta-Raito on your website too.

Be sure to include your:
* Site Name
* Site Link
* Button Link (if you have one)
* Which affiliate spot you want. (Only one please.)
* Unique visits a day. (Only needed for Top Affiliates and Friends area.)
If you do not have one of these in the e-mail, your e-mail might be deleted.
